If you haven’t gotten enough of Altair’s travels and assassinations in either Assassin’s Creed titles you’re in luck. A new Director’s Cut of the game is on the way for PC with some additional content. Honestly I can’t be bothered to play an adventure style game on PC. You’ll have to use a control pad, and at that point you might as well be on a console for your gaming pleasure. But there are some new features exclusive to the PC version.
Assassin’s Creed is the same game you remember from late last year, only a little more next genified. The graphics are prettier and the sound is surroundtastic. The Director’s Cut edition also includes the Rooftop Race Challenge, which has players traversing the roofs of the town to a specific location. Also on board is the Archer Stealth Assassination Challenge, where you have to assassinate the archers that are hindering fellow assassins. So PC players, it’s time to enjoy one of the better action platformers in recent time. |
