The Independent Game Conference offers an annual series of national forums for game developers to meet, learn, and share their experiences to enrich their careers, expand their network of contacts, and contribute to the overall advancement of the game industry. November 29th and 30th Austin, Texas hosts the second annual Independent Game Conference with keynote speeches from Mike Wilson and Harry Miller of Gamecock Media and Richard Garriott of NCSoft. There's also a Game Demo Night which lets you bring your machine and your latest creation to show off to publishers and fans alike.
The IGC series is designed specifically to provide real-world, immediately useful content combined with partners and exhibitors who provide information and tools that directly benefit the developers themselves. Austin IGC offers two tracks: Technical topics and Business topics.
