Barker’s Crest Studio announced that Avatar Golf has already surpassed the sales of Easy Golf. For gamers who didn’t know that it was available (though it would be a bit hard not to know if you use Xbox Live) the game can be purchased for only 400 MS Points.

The game is sort of like an Xbox version of Hotshots Golf or Mario Golf. It features themed golf courses with the standard 18-hole play mechanics. The main focus of the game is on the ability to import and play as your Xbox Live Avatar. Now if only we could get those sort of features out of PlayStation Home.

The game features player statistics, a course creator and regular competitions.
