Take me out to the...oops, I didn’t know you were here. I was just singing this all-time favorite American sports-theme while going over some of the features to Enlight’s new sports simulator. And the reason I’m going over these new features is because Enlight has recently announced that their baseball simulator has officially shipped for PC.
PC gamers looking to hone their knowledge of America’s favorite pastime while being thoroughly entertained, can get their thrills on with Enlight’s in-depth simulator, Baseball Mogul 2008. The game contains past, present and future baseball stars (alive and well, I might add) and an encyclopedia that outputs 30k interlinked HTML information pages. Geesh, that’s a lot of interlinking.
"This game is a baseball fan's dream come true, and an absolute must have for anyone playing fantasy baseball this year," says Paul Lombardi, chief executive officer of Enlight Interactive. "The new Play-by-Play mode adds an exciting element to the game. Not only will users be able to keep track of game stats and player attributes as the team's general manager, but now they'll have the ability to simulate an entire game, pitch-by-pitch."
The game is rated ‘E’ for Everyone and retails for $29.99. The game can also be purchased via digital download, exclusive to PC gamers. Below is a list of the games features, and for further information regarding Baseball Mogul 2008 you can visit the Official Sports Mogul Website.
