BioShock 2 Platforms Still Not Determined

BioShock 2 was supposedly going to be released for the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC but according to Take-Two Interactive's latest press release, they're not too sure about that.

In a press release detailing the Take-Two titles coming out in 2009, BioShock 2's platforms are listed simply as "TBA." Last October, a Take-Two spokesperson had claimed that the game is "destined" for PS3, PC, and Xbox 360. No additional information about the game was provided in the release.

So what gives? Does that mean that the game might not be released for one or more of the previously announced platforms? Well, note that they were listing 2009 releases in that announcement - it's possible that they just aren't sure whether they'll get all three versions done by the end of 2009. As with the first BioShock, we could see the game arrive on all three platforms but just not simultaneously.
