Today 2K Games announced a new retail bundle containing one of the best RPG's and one of the best shooters of this generation of consoles. The BioShock/Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion bundle will hit stores later this summer for the Xbox 360 and PC.

BioShock was developed and published by 2K Games. Bethesda developed Oblivion but 2K Games was co-publisher on the project. The reason there isn't a PS3 bundle despite the fact that both games also appeared on the PS3 is probably due to the fact that 2K only co-published the PC and 360 versions of Oblivion.

The BioShock & The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Bundle will be released on July 7th in North America. The PC version's priced at $29.99 and the 360 version will be $39.99. If you haven't played either game and are a fan of both genres, I'd suggest picking this sucker up. The only objection I have about this compilation is the name. Why not call it the Instant Respawn & Horse Armor Bundle?
