2K Games has revealed that the exclusive DLC for the PS3 version of BioShock will be released on November 20th. Exclusive DLC released in a timely fashion? What is the world coming to?

The additional content is a series of "challenge rooms." Rather than adding to the storyline, the challenge rooms are standalone game modules accessed from the main menu that require players to use their wits (and plasmids) to solve a series of puzzles.

The amount of challenge rooms and how long they'll take is unknown. The price would give some hint as to the size of the content but that information hasn't been revealed yet, either. BioShock will be released on the PS3 on October 21st.
