The first installment in the Call of Duty franchise is about to make its next-gen debut. It's set to be released through Xbox Live and PSN later this week.
Call of Duty: Classic hits Xbox Live on Wednesday and PSN on Thursday. It'll cost 1200 MS Points ($15) to download. The XBLA/PSN port was developed by Aspyr Media, who also produced the Mac versions of several games in the series.
Gamers who picked up the "Prestige" or "Hardened" editions of Modern Warfare 2 don't have to pay a cent for the game. A download token for Classic was included in every copy.
