Comic Con: Dead Space Graphic Novel And Animated Feature On The Way

published: 2010-07-23 14:51:12
EA is really pushing hard to establish the longevity of the Dead Space universe, and at this year's Comic Con the publishing giant unveiled two new properties for the now famed horror-survival game. The announcement entails a new graphic novel and yet another animated feature called Dead Space Aftermath. Both properties are aimed at keeping the pee in your pants and your hands over your eyes.

Steve Papoutsis, Executive Producer of the Dead Space franchise unsheathed a few thoughts on the projects, saying…
“It is tremendously inspiring to see Dead Space continually expand to more media. It has always been our goal to experience the universe through multiple lenses and our vision is being realized. The Dead Space world is living, breathing, and terrifying. We couldn’t be more excited about these new offerings,”

The new graphic novel, Dead Space Salvage, will portray the events that lead up to first responder mission of the Aegis VII. Both the graphic novel and the animated feature will be available as a “pre-launch” campaign starting in the winter of 2010.
