Contest: GamePro Wants Game Reviewers For E3

published: 2009-05-14 12:34:19
Another contest coming at you this week right here at Blend Games and this time it’s regarding the biggest gaming event of the entire year. That’s right, I’m talking about the second-to-none Electronic Entertainment Expo, and GamePro wants average gamers in attendance and playing games.

All right, with this contest gamers will basically become gaming news Editors. That’s right, GamePro is willing to fly two people out to Los Angeles to cover exclusive news from E3. This means you get a chance to gawk at the booth babes, throw controllers at Cliffy B and get your groove on with the latest in hardcore and casual gaming aimed to hit consoles and PCs in the near future.

Now, all you have to do is follow three very important steps and you could be sitting pretty in hotel accommodations provided by GamePro, scoping out downtown Los Angeles with a friend, and getting your game-on with Halo 3: ODST, Assassin’s Creed 2 and plenty of other highly-anticipated games that will be on display at this year’s E3 event.

Here are the rules:

1. Sign up for a GamePro.com account. If you already have an account, just log in.

2. Use the User Blog Application by going to your profile page, click "Create New Blog Post", title it "Top 20 Games of All Time", then LIST OUT your top 20 games of all time. Count them down from #20 to #1.

3. For your top five games of all time (entries #5 through #1), Write at least a paragraph telling us why these games are the greatest. Please use between 25 and 100 words..

All right, seems easy enough. And just as a reminder, GamePro will fly the winner and a guest out to Los Angeles on June 1st for E3. Winners will also receive: ground transportation to and from Los Angeles International Airport; hotel accommodations in downtown LA, two VIP passes to E3 and two VIP invitations to GamePro's 20th anniversary party at E3. They also promise to fly you home on June 3rd. That’s a good thing…otherwise you might have to hitch a ride with Gabe Newell back home and I don’t think you would want to hear him rant about the PS3 all the way back your place...or would you?
