We already knew Crackdown 2 existed before the Spike VGAs. Therefore Ruffian could've get off the hook by just showing us a thirty-second teaser. Instead, they tossed some in-game footage our way.

Pacific City's been taken over by some sort of zombie-like plague and it falls to the superhuman Agents to mop things up. They'll have some new powers to assist in their mission. In the trailer we see Agents gliding through the sky like birds and swinging a car around on some sort of super-bungee cord.

Crackdown 2 hits the Xbox 360 sometime in 2010.
