Let's face it: You are addicted to mobile games. You can't get enough of them. You play them all the time and everywhere you go. You're a junkie and you need a fix. *opens briefcase* Have I got just the thing for you. It's called Critter Escape and, later this summer, all the cool kids will be playing it.

Kiz Studios recently announced that it has partnering with publisher Chillingo to bring its latest title, Critter Escape to the iOS platform. Boasting more than 120 levels of maze running action, players must guide their helmet-wearing critter through a series of traps, guards and tricky situations in order to escape the Welk Tower. Why are you trying to escape Welk Tower? Because it's evil. Clearly.

Just like the flash version of the game, Critter Escape is set to be a free download once it goes live on various iDevices in the coming weeks. According to Chillingo's Joe Wee, Critter Escape is set to deliver a “delightful experience with its charismatic characters, intuitive gameplay and vibrant graphics.”

I took the first several levels of the flash game for a spin myself. It certainly isn't too rough on the eyes and, yeah, you can jump in and play without reading so much as a single word of the instructions. And, at zero dollars, it shouldn't require too much of a sacrifice to give Critter Escape a try for yourself once it releases for iOS later this summer.
