Crysis, the PC-melting shooter from 2007, will be getting a sequel. The PC isn't the only platform getting Crysis 2, though.

The PS3 and Xbox 360 will both receive the game as well. It's the first title to use the new CryEngine 3, unveiled at GDC 2009. When Crytek revealed that the CryEngine 3 would work on the PC, PS3, and Xbox 360, it seemed likely that Crysis was going multi-platform.

EA is once again onboard as the publisher. The release date hasn't been revealed yet. Crysis 2 is the second game in a planned trilogy.
