Dante's Inferno, the third-person action adventure game from EA Redwood Shores, will now compete with God of War on a second platform. EA announced today that the third-person action-adventure game will be released for the PSP as well.

The PSP version will be developed by EA Redwood and Artificial Mind and Movement, a studio based in Montreal. "Our team and the team at A2M are taking the vision for Dante’s Inferno and translating it directly to the PSP,” said Inferno executive producer and creative director Jonathan Knight. “PSP owners can expect to get the same level of fast, responsive gameplay through all nine detailed and unique circles of hell we are aiming to achieve on the consoles.”

The game will hit the PSP, Xbox 360, PS3, and PC simultaneously next year.
