Today EA released the Dante's Inferno demo through Xbox Live. The 1 GB taster, available in all regions, should make for an especially gory Christmas Eve.

The demo takes you through the first level of the full game. Toward the middle of the demo you'll get to experience the first boss encounter, which pits the player against Death himself. The final cutscenes from the game are included as well to properly introduce you to the storyline.

PSN received the demo on December 10th. The game hits both platforms on February 9th in North America and on the 12th in Europe.
