Dante’s Inferno: The Disturbing Depictions Of Lust

published: 2009-07-10 11:07:06
A new developer diary has been released for the upcoming action-adventure game by EA. The new developer diary talks about lust and violence and it’s not the kind of lust and violence some gamers might be expecting. With that said, if you’re under the age of 18 it’s strongly advised to move on to the next article.

Due out in early 2010, Dante’s Inferno is a dynamic journey following Dante and his quest to free his love from the clutches of hell. With that said, this poor dude has to journey through nine uncomely levels featuring some of the most disturbing imagery and graphically enticing artistry featured in a video game.

Even though the creatures don’t contain blood – strangely enough they spout lava when decapitated, mutilated or split from limb-to-limb – everything else in the game constitutes it as an ‘M’ rated game. The new developer documentary pretty much explains why this game will be for mature audiences and it’s all in good part provided by GameTrailers.
