Darksiders Screen Tearing Patch Coming This Week

Though Darksiders received generally favorable reviews across the board, one common complaint has been the screen tearing. Vigil Games has heard your pleas and will deliver a patch soon.

"Xbox 360 users, we're pleased to announce that a patch for the screen tearing issue experienced by some gamers will be available on Wednesday around 2am PST!" said Vigil on the game's forums. "Just fire up the game and the download will start automatically if you are connected to Xbox Live."

There's no mention yet of a PS3 patch. They're only announcing the 360 patch a mere two days before it hits, though, so perhaps a fix for the PS3 version will arrive just as abruptly.
