David Jaffe is known for being somewhat eccentric when it comes to interviews and running his mouth. It didn’t take him long once he was liquored up to let loose some words regarding God of War III just two years ago. And now he’s sober and talking about working with LucasArts.

It’s a tough sell but with enough publicity, it’s possible that LucasArts just might give Jaffe the call he so eagerly seeks. It all started with an interview on 1Up, as sites like TheGameReviews are reporting. David Jaffe expressed that… “Do I think I will ever (make an Indiana Jones game)? I don’t know. I have a great idea for how LucasArts could really take that property and do cool things with it.”

Yeah, I bet. Who doesn’t want to get hold of LucasArts property? Seriously. However, Jaffe understood the magnitude and power that someone likes The Lucas wields. He humbly commented that…“If they’re (LucasArts) reading this, they should give us a call at Eat Sleep Play. We’d love to talk to them.”

Well, Jaffe, you’re in luck…the internet is the sort of place where news like this travels fast and a couple of hundred degrees on N4G will probably warrant you that call from LucasArts. So here’s hoping some fanboys do their part in supporting you on the forum boards and aggregators and get that 1Up interview in plan view of The Lucas.
