As you know, we love a good launch, announcement or promotional trailer every once in a while. But my goodness, Capcom what were you thinking? I’m almost convinced that the RE5 trailer that received a whole bunch of racism rebuttal would have been a better choice for Dead Rising 2’s announcement. Nevertheless, the trailer is here for you to see.
The trailer is an extremely daft impression of what Dead Rising 2 will be; no zombies being shot, no protagonist in view, no shooting, no violence, and no nothing. There’s just a bunch of fuzzy short clips of what looks like the first Dead Rising with some still shots of the second game tossed in between. Disappointing…very disappointing.
You can check out the announcement trailer below, which is no where near as cool as the awesome new screenshots Capcom released earlier today for Dead Rising 2. The game is due out for the Xbox 360 and PS3. Be sure to stay tuned in with Blend Games for more news and info on all things gaming.
