Capcom is not letting up this week on news for their most anticipated games of 2008. They today announced a demo of Devil May Cry 4 will be appearing on Xbox LIVE Marketplace and the Playstation Network in “early 2008.” The free demo will give players a chance to test out the new Devil Bringer power.

The DMC4 demo takes place in the coastal city of Fortuna, where players will take control of Nero. Who appears to pretty much be a slightly different version of Dante, which is great because the gameplay of DMC is already solid and needs little enhancements. Speaking of those things, we’ll be able to check out Nero’s Devil Bringer, slamming enemies into the ground, grabbing enemies from afar and cause general havoc wherever he goes. The demo ends in a showdown with Berial, which is followed by a sickening desire to play the full game. Support groups may have to be set up if DMC4 is even partially living up to its potential.
