So here it is folks, Soul Calibur IV. It’s supposedly the final, conclusive tale in the on-going saga regarding the most evil sword in the history of swords. Lucky for us it’s just a game. But what’s lucky for you is that you get to see this game in motion for the very first time, as Namco Bandai unleashes the E3 2007 trailer.

Graphically the game is just flatout impressive. But then again, there’s been very few showings as of late that have yet to disappoint on the visual front. What’s more is that the only visually disappointments from E3 have been the games for the Wii. But we expected as much. But getting back on point – hopefully this final iteration of Soul Calibur will leave gamers with a well versed, well-balanced game this time around. Fluid animations and eye-watering special effects don’t carry over very well when the overall gameplay just isn’t up to par.
