All today, Lionhead Studios creative director Peter Molyneux has been hyping a big announcement on his Twitter. It's not about a new game, though. He's moved to a new company.

Molyneux has been promoted to creative director of European studios at Microsoft Games Studios. He'll now oversee both Lionhead and Banjo-Kazooie studio Rare. According to Develop, he actually assumed this new role back in March.

"Thanks for the support everyone. Just to be clear I will still be as involved with the design of Lionhead Games as ever was," tweeted Molyneux just minutes ago.
