Microsoft started off their E3 press conference with some details on the upcoming music game The Beatles: Rock Band. True to the Rock Band franchise, the game's going to have a whole lot of DLC and some of it is exclusive to the Xbox 360.

Okay, only one song is exclusive to the 360 as far as we know. It's a good one, though - "All You Need Is Love." Apparently the proceeds for the song will be donated to the humanitarian organization Doctors without Borders. That's nice of them. It's entirely possible that the PS3 could get an exclusive track of their own but hey, this is Microsoft's press conference.

In terms of other downloadable content, it seems that the game will receive a few entire albums over time. Abbey Road will be available soon after launch. The game will ship with 45 songs initially, and here they are:
  • "I Saw Her Standing There"
  • "I Want to Hold Your Hand"
  • "I Feel Fine"
  • "Day Tripper"
  • "Taxman"
  • "I am the Walrus"
  • "Back in the USSR"
  • "Octopus's Garden"
  • "Here Comes the Sun"
  • "Get Back"
The Beatles: Rock Band will be released on September 9th, 2009 for the Xbox 360, PS3, and Wii.
