Getting in shape with gaming has never been more convenient than it is with the Nintendo Wii. Despite the rants and raves against the Wii’s broader range of hardcore titles, the system really has opened the door for mainstream gaming to accommodate mainstream consumers. EA has been active in getting involved with this financially prodigious affair, involving gamers getting in shape with the Wii, and that’s why they have come up with their very own EA Sports Active workout bundle.
The bundle comes complete with a leg strap to help monitor the user’s active motions. Realistically, the software is just responding to the Nunchuk strapped to the user’s leg. But if EA wants to get credit for their little leg strap helping with the workout process, then so be it. Really, though, it’s just a a simple Velcro EA Sports Active will be available exclusively for the Nintendo Wii this May.
