Haven't had enough of F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin and creepy psychic gal Alma? Neither has Warner Bros. They've just announced that downloadable content will be released for the supernatural first-person shooter in April.

The press release is short on details, unfortunately. The game will be getting a premium theme and picture pack, as well as a "Toy Soldiers" map pack. No mention of how many multiplayer maps are contained in this pack but the release says they'll enable players "to experience multiplayer from a new perspective." No pricing or platform information was given.

Update: Here's some information on the map pack courtesy of Major Nelson: "Players are only inches tall as they battle inside a pinball machine, a hospital lab room, and a playground sandbox. FullTilt: Battle inside a retro 1970’s era pinball machine, “Snake Fist” style! Flippers, targets, spinners and pop-bumpers provide cover for the fast paced action. Multi-level playfield and authentic sounds set the mood for destruction! Cockroach: A blood drenched hospital room filled with heart pounding action. Climb up electrical cords, laboratory equipment and pill bottles in a tightly connected environment. Recess: Wage mayhem from the top of a giant sandcastle to the cockpit of a toy bulldozer! Apparently the map pack was released to Xbox Live for free this morning but was then pulled. No date was offered by Nelson for its re-release..
