While Star Wars: The Force Unleashed served as a pretty good bridge between the two film trilogies, don't think the story's over just yet. LucasArts is planned to roll out new episodes along with some other goodies for the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions.
TFU executive producer Haden Blackman told Kotaku that next month LucasArts will release a content pack with new costumes and four new characters to play. The new characters you'll be able to use in the single-player campaign will be Luke Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Ki-Adi-Mundi, and Kit Fisto. The last two are members of the Jedi Council seen in the prequels, in case the names seem foreign. No word on how much these costumes/characters will cost.
Additionally, a new standalone level for the single-player campaign will be released later in the year. Starkiller, the hero of TFU, will travel to the ruins of the Jedi Temple on Coruscant to find out information about his father and make awkward small-talk with the ghosts of Jedi he killed. Blackman stated that "wouldn't rule out any future content on The Force Unleashed" so this could be one of many new episodes.
TFU was released on September 16th. You can check out Blend Games' review here.
