Wrath of the Lich King, the second expansion pack to World of Warcraft, will be released on November 13th. But will you be able to pick up the game when the clock strikes midnight? Gamestop has released a list revealing which of their stores will be open at 12 AM on Thursday throughout the US.
Check out the list here. Way too long to reproduce in this article - it's an 80-page PDF file with about forty stores and their addressed on each page. Via mathematics, I've determined there's over 3,000 stores holding midnight launches. Goddamn. The PDF listing what stores that aren't participating must be about a page long.
Well, have fun with your late-night trek through Northrend. Given the slew of other winter releases, I won't have time to kill ten snow-boars for their snow-tusks or whatever other fun quests Lich King has in store. The game certainly looks like it'll offer up more of what has kept you playing WoW for four years and running, though.
