Atari announced today that Ghostbusters: The Video Game is now available in stores throughout North America. The game will be available in Europe on Friday, June 19th.

Ghostbusters: The Video Game reunites most of the original cast from the Ghostbusters films. Sigourney Weaver and Rick Moranis aren't in the game but Dan Aykroyd, Harold Ramis, Ernie Hudson, and Bill Murray lended their likeness and voice. The all-new story was penned by Ramis and Aykroyd and is said to be a continuation of the films.

The game comes in six flavors: Xbox 360, PS3, PC, PS2, Wii, and DS. Though it's a timed exclusive for Sony formats in Europe, it'll be available on all platforms in North America starting today.
