If you're interested in some Guitar Hero vs. Rock Band smack-talk, note that this list is 86 songs while Rock Band 2 only has 84. They just got served? Guitar Hero World Tour is due on October 26th for PS3, Xbox 360, Wii, and PS2.
Update: Joystiq counted sixteen songs shared between World Tour and Rock Band 2. I've italicized them above. Guess it's not that surprising, seeing as musicians like getting paid and getting paid twice sounds pretty nice.

Definitely did not get served when some of these songs are already downloadable for Rock Band while others are in Rock Band 2. They need way more songs, and exclusive ones, to be smacking around Rock Band 2. Sorry, definitely have my money in the right place by not going with Guitar Hero.
