A new video interview was released featuring brand in-game footage of the upcoming PS3 dramatic thriller, Heavy Rain. What do you get to see in the new footage? Well, if I told you it would spoil the surprise.

Heavy Rain is already picking up a lot of steam, especially after the rather explicit and tantalizing TGS 09 footage. Anyway, this time around a member from Quantic Dream is on hand to give an explanation as to how the game can be played and why Heavy Rain may change the face of the gaming industry for good.

Despite being centered around quick-time events, Heavy Rain is one of those games that incite gamers to think about choice and consequence, rather than just take actions and hope the feces don’t hit the fan. The game seems to have an extremely intelligent design and as you’ll see in the following footage it’s explained how simple decisions have long-lasting effects. The devs are hoping that this game will change the face of how video games are viewed and it’s a good possibility that it could seriously happen with this game.
