Today Bethesda revealed that they will be publishing Hunted: The Demon's Forge. Hunted is in development for the Xbox 360, PS3, and PC by inXile Entertainment.

inXile was founded in 2002 by Brian Fargo. He previously served as the president of Interplay from 1992 to 2002, and was involved in the creation of PC classics like The Bard's Tale, Baldur's Gate, and Fallout. Fargo will oversee development of Hunted as well.

Hunted is a co-op action game powered by Unreal Engine 3. The story follows two mercenaries in a medieval fantasy world who are investigating a string of disappearances across the land. Their investigation soon draws them into a much larger battle. One player controls E'lara, a marksman, while the other plays Caddoc, a melee expert.
