While the Xbox 360/PS3 Indiana Jones game is being kept under tight wraps by LucasArts - to the point where people have started to think it's been outright canceled - we've found out a little more information. It seems that the game, or perhaps a different Indiana Jones game entirely, is coming to PSP and Nintendo DS.

The PEGI, the game ratings board for Europe, just gave a "16+" rating to Indiana Jones and the Staff of Kings for Nintendo DS and PSP. The publisher for the game is listed as Activision, who handles European distribution for LucasArts. It's also tagged as an action game, which is good because I would've been pissed if this was a "match the colored crystal skulls" puzzle game.

To my knowledge, the title of the Indiana Jones game for 360/PS3 was never revealed so this hand-held project could be one and the same. It wouldn't be surprising, given how The Force Unleashed, the other major LucasArts project in the works, is going to released on pretty much every damn platform except Intellevision.
