In the original Just Cause gamers could use a grappling hook to attach themselves to any operable vehicle in the game and it proved to be a ton of fun. Avalanche Studios has released a dev doc explaining how the grappling hook has evolved with the graphics and how gamers can now latch on to anything in the game.

Not only can gamers latch on to anything in the game but they can also use the grappling hook to latch other things onto to other things. If that sounds confusing don’t worry, the video will explain it all. Take note, though, it doesn’t really make sense how Rico’s wrist-grappling hook has about as much cable as an entire catridge of Spider-Man’s web, but who really cares about logic when you’re having fun, eh?
