On Tuesday morning, the Left 4 Dead 2 demo will truly become "public." Xbox Live Silver members will finally get their hands on it.
Pre-order customers of the Xbox 360 and PC versions have had access to the demo since the end of October. Last week, Valve allowed the remaining PC players and Xbox Live Gold members to download it. Though Xbox Live Silver folks had to wait the longest, they'll still have a full week to toy with the demo before the game hits stores on November 17th.
The L4D2 demo allows players to play through a segment of "The Parish" campaign. It can be played with up to three other players online or with one other through split-screen mode. If you're new to the series, it's worth pointing out that the other three characters will be bots if not controlled by other people. Therefore, it is possible to play it off-line by yourself. Not nearly as a fun that way, though.
