The rumored re-release of LittleBigPlanet is real, after all. Today Sony introduced gamers to the LittleBigPlanet: Game of the Year Edition.

LBP GOTY will be released on September 8th. The $60 re-release comes with the base game as well as the following extras:

• 18 player-made levels, along with interviews with their creators
• 7 premium content packs
  • Metal Gear Solid Level Pack – featuring the “Paintinator” paintball gun

ModNation Racers Online is a kart racing game due in 2010. Like LBP, ModNation is a PS3 exclusive and places heavy emphasis on user-generated content. Players are given the tools to design their own characters, vehicles, and race tracks.
