Crossovers are such cool things, especially when they happen to include a cool character in a scenario that has nothing to do with where they originally came from. You’re probably confused but it’s like this: Capcom recently announced that Resident Evil’s Albert Wesker will be making a surprise appearance as a playable skin in Lost Planet 2.

According to the press release…

Fans that pre-order Lost Planet 2 at GameStop locations in North America will be able to unlock Resident Evil’s most famous character, Albert Wesker, as an exclusive playable skin when they play Lost Planet 2.

Not only will players be able to control Wesker in the sci-fi, giant-creature-shooter, but those who pre-order Lost Planet 2 from GameStop will also gain access to a special revolver. Sweet, eh?
