Capcom has sent out a new set of screenshots for another Lost Planet 2 boss enemy. It's called the Defolma and it looks like it's going to be wreaking havoc on those poor snow pirates.

The Defolma is a squid-like creature with six whip-like tentacles. It's not as big as some of the other bosses but its smaller stature allows it to hide and wait for unsuspecting targets (i.e. you). The screenshots show the beast ambushing a group of pirates in some sort of sewage facility.

LP2 is expected in Capcom's 2010-2011 fiscal year, which runs from April 1st, 2010 to March 31st, 2011.
