The release date for Madden NFL 10 has been known for weeks. However, we didn't know when the two demos would drop until now.

If you pre-order Madden for the PS3 or Xbox 360 through GameStop, you'll get access to an exclusive demo on July 23rd. That demo will let you play a rematch of last February's Super Bowl between the Pittsburgh Steelers and Arizona Cardinals. Fitting, considering one player from each team is on this year's cover.

Those who don't pre-order will only have to wait a week for their own demo. The public demo is a night game in heavy snow between the Dallas Cowboys and New York Giants. The Cowboys didn't even make the playoffs last year but the two teams have a long rivalry and (perhaps more importantly) they both play in big markets.

Madden NFL 10 will hit stores on August 14th. Though the demos are being released only for the 360 and PS3, the full game will appear on the PS2, Wii, and PSP as well.
