2K’s Mafia II may be delayed all the way up until February 2010 but that doesn’t mean gamers have to get all down and dolor. To keep the mood up, anticipation flowing and the spirits high 2K Games released a new trailer for their organized crime game and it’s all about the art of persuasion.

It’s amazing that the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 are now running games that look as good as a PC title, but that’s the age of gaming we live in. In fact, Mafia II is one of the most atmospheric games coming out and very much resembles a milestone achievement in creating a dense, believable interactive cityscape. That’s not to take anything away from GTA IV, but Mafia II really does have a visual appeal that shines through other open-world urban games on the market.

The new trailer shows off a bit of the urban environment along with a small look at utilizing the art of persuasion. Of course, giving that this is a “realistic” Mafia game it means that the following trailer isn’t for little kiddies. So skedaddle on over to the Wii section.
