Namco Bandai recently sent out word that the RPG exclusively for the Xbox 360 has gone gold and is on its way to hitting retail shelves on October 13th. The game features classic RPG elements with a revamped turn-based, active battle system in a detailed, fantasy universe.

According to the press release…

Amidst the tragedy of civil war, Juto, a man with no recollection of his past is destined to end the cycle of bloodshed and save the Lanzheim Kingdom from eminent doom. Together with Princess Zephie, the rightful heir to the throne, Juto must navigate an uncertain world full of tragedy, chaos, and slaughter to regain his own identity and forge a new one for the kingdom.

The game sports more than just tradition at its roots; heavy weapon customization is present, along with a new combo system in the active, turn-based battles.

It’s kind of tough to tell how receptive gamers will be for a game like this given its lack of promotion and meager media presence but it might manage strong sales if the review scores are fairly generous.
