While PS3 fans venture about the world in Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, Xbox 360 owners can venture about the world in the fantasy RPG by Namco Bandai called Magna Carta 2. Namco recently sent out word that the highly awaited action-RPG is currently available and exclusive for the Xbox 360 at a retailer near you.

According to the press release…

Magnacarta 2 delivers more than 40 hours of gameplay and combines an original storyline driven by intense themes of love, hate, politics, betrayal and the ultimate question of choosing one’s own fate. Featuring state of the art graphics designs by acclaimed Korean artist Hyung-Tae Kim and a signature gameplay battle system.

I can attest to that signature gameplay battle system being a cool feature for the game. It plays out like no other RPG on the market and actually allows gamers to actively engage enemies at will; no battle encounters; no fading screens; no old-school turn-based battles. It’s a neat system if I must say so myself. How well it’ll work for a 40 hour experience is an entirely different matter, though.
