Mario & Sonic At The Olympics - Sonic Squishes Mario's Head

Hype Mario & Sonic At The Olympics - Sonic Squishes Mario's Head on N4G
Mario & Sonic At The Olympics - Sonic Squishes Mario's Head SEGA has launched a new viral video for Mario & Sonic at the Olympics, and it’s…well, kind of odd. If you’ve watched any videos from YouTube users you have surely come across some weird cosplay bits. I still want the time back from watching the retarded Smash Bros Brawl fan video featuring a fat dude as Kirby. This new video for Mario & Sonic is in the same vein, except it’s good. Relatively speaking, at least. The video shows nothing about the game, but I’m all for new ways to advertise. At least SEGA actually is advertising, because Nintendo doesn’t seem to feel it’s necessary.

The video, which you can watch below, is a local news interview with a large headed Mario. During the interview Sonic shows up and causes some problems. The rivalry between the two mascots is getting heated as the competition prepares to launch in November. There isn’t much else to say, because I’m a bit speechless about the video. It’s not particularly funny, but I’m certainly not offended by the childlike humor (which was funnier the first time I saw it on Kids In The Hall). The game isn’t necessarily targeted at me anyways.
