Mass Effect 3 Alternate Appearance Pack Now On Sale

Mass Effect 3 gamers can now look more fashionable while saving the galaxy from the Reaper menace. BioWare has released a set of new outfits for the game's cast.

The Alternate Appearance Pack includes new armor for Liara, EDI and Garrus. The highlight of the set, though, is a new suit of armor for Shepard. It allows him to look like a Cerberus trooper.

The content is already available on the Xbox 360 and PC, and should hit the PS3 by the end of the day. It'll cost $2 to purchase.

Cosmetic DLC always seems a bit pointless when released this long after a game's launch. However, ME3 players will soon have a reason to revisit the game. BioWare will release a new single-player DLC adventure called Omega in a week.
