Soon, Xbox Live users will be able to download entire Xbox 360 games to their hard drive. According to BioWare, their sci-fi RPG Mass Effect will be one of the first titles available through the Games on Demand service.
"T-minus 11: Mass Effect hits xbox live in 11 days!" said BioWare on the official ME2 Twitter. I assume they're counting today, because that would mean that Mass Effect will be available for digital purchase on August 11th. Makes sense, as that's the same day that the Xbox Live update containing Games on Demand is supposed to go live.
With less than two weeks until Games on Demand goes live, you'd expect Microsoft to send out a press release listing all the games that will be available. Mass Effect is a great 360 game but I doubt it's the only launch title.
