Metal Gear Online's third expansion, SCENE, will be released tomorrow and Konami has released the last bit of information on the new content. They've just revealed the three new special skills and one shirt you can earn.

Here's a brief summary of the three new skills and what you'll need to do to earn them, courtesy of Playstation.Blog:

• CQC (Close Quarters Combat) EX - Earned by executing a CQC maneuver 200 times with CQC Mastery Lv3 equipped. Once you have this skill, your character will automatically counter opponents' CQC attacks.
• Toughness - Acquired by receiving a knockback, knockdown, or blow away type attack 100 times. Once you have this skill, your character will be able to withstand knockdown attacks and recovery time will be decreased.
• Charm - To earn this skill, get distracted by a magazine 100 times. It’s similar to Mei-Ling’s special skill, where holding the salute pose will have the same distracting effect as a magazine. The salute motion will also change to one of three different exclusive random animations.

In addition, there's two new emblems for you to earn, the Fighting Fish and Arctic Skua, which you'll earn by playing a series of Deathmatch and Solo Capture missions, respectively. Earning the emblems will unlock a free in-game t-shirt.

There's a bunch of other content included in SCENE as well, including two new characters and three new maps. Tomorrow it can be purchased digitally $9.99 by itself or in a bundle with the previous two expansions GENE and MEME for $17.99.
