Today Atlus revealed that Metal Slug XX, released in Japan on December 23rd, will hit North America on February 23rd. The game was previously released for the DS in 2008 as Metal Gear 7.
MS XX is a side-scrolling shooter with seven levels and six playable characters. It has all the content of MS 7 plus ad-hoc co-op support. Also included is a new "Combat School" mode with 70 different challenges.
The game will hit stores with a price of $19.99. For an extra dollar, you can download a seventh playable character ("Leona") through the PlayStation Store.
