Former Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick, up until last week, had not signed with an NFL team and was not included with Madden NFL 10. However, now that he's a Philadelphia Eagle, EA will include him in an upcoming roster update.
According to ESPN, his player rating is now 74. That's a 17-point drop from his rating in Madden NFL 08, the last installment he appeared in before his incarceration for running a dog-fighting ring. Considering he hasn't played professional football for two years, this seems like a reasonable calculation on EA's part.
The roster update including Vick will be released on August 19th for the Xbox 360 and PS3. The update will arrive on other platforms "shortly after."
