So you’re still playing your old Xbox games on your Xbox 360, eh? Well, no matter we all love our Xbox games. That’s why the Xbox 360 exists in the first place. Otherwise Atari and 3D0 would have thought it necessary to combine forces and create the Atari 3D00. But Microsoft’s nascence into the console race secured them as the third front-runner in a three’s only race. Sorry Atari/3D0, if Nintendo, Sony or Microsoft die in this generation you’ll surely have your chance to make a comeback.

But just because M$ has moved on to phase two in their quest for console domination, doesn’t mean they have forgotten about the 12 million Xbox owners (considering that, according to Chris Satchell, not even half of original Xbox owners own an Xbox 360) who own Xbox 360s, but still want to play their old Xbox games.
