Monkey Island 2 Special Edition: LeChuck’s Revenge Announced For Xbox 360, PS3, PC, iPhone

LucasArts is remaking another one of their classic adventure games. This summer they will release Monkey Island 2 Special Edition: LeChuck’s Revenge on Xbox Live Arcade, PSN, PC, iPod Touch, and the iPhone.

The remake adds HD graphics, full voiceover, a remastered musical score, and new hint system to the 1991 game. You won't need to point and click to move anymore, as there's an option to move your character directly with arrow keys, D-pad, or whatever. In-game audio commentary and an art viewer will be included as well.

In the same press release, LucasArts also revealed that The Secret of Monkey Island Special Edition, released for the PC and Xbox 360 last summer, will hit the PS3 and Mac soon.
