Hype More Ridiculous GoW2 Bundle Revealed on N4G
More Ridiculous GoW2 Bundle Revealed I was a bit surprised to find out the Limited Edition bundle for Gears of War 2 was a modest $70 package. "Why, this purchase doesn't provoke enough nerdly shame," I remarked to myself. Fear not - there's another bundle for $140 dollars that will test the limits of your fandom.

This premium package is being offered exclusively through Amazon and comes with a lifesize, plastic replica of the Lancer Assault Rifle, chainsaw bayonet and all. The toy Lancer - sorry, "collectible" Lancer - has a removable clip and makes a chainsaw revving noise when you pull the trigger. It's powered by three C batteries, which now makes me wonder how the Lancers in the GoW universe are powered (four C batteries?).

The $140 bundle is packaged with the normal retail version of Gears of War 2. However, if you kick out an extra ten bucks - and what's ten more bucks when you're spending an extra $80 for a toy gun - you'll get the Limited Edition GoW2 in addition to the gun. GoW2 will be available on November 7th for Xbox 360.
